Not satisfied with your order?
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Sale items, discounted items, and personalised products cannot be returned.
Return Process
1. Email us at contact@joeparkerscollections.com with your order number.
2. We will provide the return address and approval.
3. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Exchanges
- Exchanges can be made for size or colour (subject to availability).
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours for a free replacement or refund.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
- Funds will be returned to your original payment method.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping returns
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
